Choosing BS6 for your opening
Square dressed balusters create a stronger vertical rhythm than the slimmer BS1 slats. The plain uprights suit a simple timber verandah treatment.
42 × 42 mm square dressed balusters. Compare with face-fixed BS2 if you also want plain 120 × 42 mm rails.
Pricing and what is included
Published assembled rates at 900 mm overall height: HR1 $240.35/m; HR2 $270.58/m, including GST. Kit rates are available in the shop. These rates exclude posts and delivery; custom heights and other rail profiles require confirmation.
Posts are not included. Order all end and intermediate posts separately. The calculator's post allowance is for planning; post sizes, spans, fixings and suitability must be confirmed for your site.
