A Central Coast verandah or deck can combine wide bays with small returns. Enter each different opening separately in the shop, then label the saved panels to match your sketch. A total metre figure can conceal the very short opening that needs a different pattern arrangement.
Make mixed opening widths easy to follow
Measure between the inside faces of the posts at the intended rail positions. Note changes in width caused by leaning posts or an uneven frame. Ask your builder to confirm the finished panel sizes rather than assuming the opening is a perfect rectangle.
Compare a balanced repeat
For a geometric design, look at how the diagonals and centre details fit each width. For vertical balusters, consider the rhythm alongside the retained panels. Send the shortest and longest previews together so the design can be reviewed as a set.

Include the delivery postcode, site access and whether stair work is part of the same order. The level panel preview helps communicate the look; stairs and final installation details need separate confirmation.

Orders for Central Coast are made at our Bayswater workshop. Delivery is quoted for your address, panel sizes and receiving arrangements. Panels are natural LOSP-treated pine, unpainted and unprimed. Posts and delivery are not included in panel rates.
